Built in 1896, this home with a gourmet kitchen located at 1055 Bridge Pointe Ln in Yorktown Heights, New York was listed by Catherine Duff-Poritzky, Compass Greater NY, LLC for $899,900 in July 2021.

Property records show the owners as J. Morris and G. Chen.

Sub-Zero Refrigeration - In 2021, Wisconsin-based Sub-Zero offered a total of 144 appliances, mostly consisting of stainless steel refrigerator/freezer combos, but Sub-Zero also has a wide selection of elite wine storage refrigerators. The priciest refrigerator/freezer is a 96-inch with an internal dispenser, wine storage, and ice maker selling for $23,990. The least expensive appliance is a 24-inch designer undercounter refrigerator selling for $2,500.

Wolf Cooking - Wolf is a brand of elite cooking appliances made by the Wisconsin-based Sub-Zero Group. Sub-Zero has been in the refrigerator/freezer business since the mid-1940's, and several years ago they entered the world of cooking by acquiring the Wolf Range Corp's line of appliances.

Gourmet kitchen experts often rely on Wolf for important cooking projects with the use of their ranges, rangetops, cooktops, built-in ovens, microwave ovens, warming drawers, and outdoor grills. In 2021, Wolf offered 30 range model varieties. The 60-inch dual fuel range with six burners and a French top is the priciest at $19,860.

You can still get in on the Wolf cooking action for much less. A 15-inch transitional gas cooktop is priced at $1,205, and a 15-inch transitional electric cooktop will cost you just $1,235.

If you want to check out a Sub-Zero or Wolf appliance in person, my research shows that the closest showroom for people in this area is the Sub-Zero Wolf Showroom located at 64 S Main Street in Norwalk, Connecticut.
